1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Wilno! By accessing or using our mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Wilno.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wilno ("we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wilno. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To use Wilno, you must create an account by providing:

• A unique username
• A valid email address
• Optional: profile picture

3.2 Username Guidelines

Your username must not:

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Contain offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language
• Violate any trademark or intellectual property rights
• Be misleading or deceptive

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You May:

• Use Wilno to connect and video chat with friends
• Broadcast your availability signal
• Set up autopilot schedules for automatic matching
• Customize your profile and settings
• Share the app with friends via invite links

4.2 You May NOT:

• Harassment: Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Hate Speech: Engage in hate speech, discrimination, or promote violence
• Illegal Activity: Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Spam: Send unsolicited friend requests or abuse the notification system
• Impersonation: Pretend to be someone you're not
• Privacy Violations: Share others' private information without consent
• Malicious Conduct: Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• System Abuse: Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to Wilno, including profile pictures, username, and schedule settings.

5.2 Video Call Content

Important: We do NOT record, store, or access the content of your video or audio calls. Calls are encrypted and transmitted directly between participants using peer-to-peer technology.

6. Autopilot Feature

6.1 How Autopilot Works

Autopilot automatically broadcasts your availability based on your schedule and matches you with friends who have overlapping availability.

6.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that Autopilot will always match you with friends. Matches depend on friend schedules, frequency settings, and connectivity.

7. Account Termination

7.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7.2 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or create security risks.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wilno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
